ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At Elsie in Naples, we carefully curate limited-quantity collections and many one-of-a-kind pieces from designers around the world. We sincerely appreciate your support of our small boutique.

If your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear
  • Be accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
