  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery by the next business day.

Please note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order status on our website using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Delays

  • Shipping Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

7. Damages

  • Damaged Items: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
